1999 Buick LeSabre MECHANIC HELP ASAP?

Put a charger on the battery get it up to 100% charge than try to start it. Could be out of gas. Might need a complete tune-up, it is hard to tell without hearing it or looking at it. Normally the Buick Lesabre is a very decent vehicle. How many miles are on it?
