Can anyone guide me... I am dealing with WORKMAN'S COMP HELL. Knee surgery, lawyer wont call back.. HELP?

Knee surgery #1 down, #2 scheduled...I need to find a resource to educate myself with regards to this HELL I am in. My lawyer wont even return my call.
