I need to flush out valium quick!!! please help!?

I'm taking a drug test very soon..possibly within two days...I took Valium Friday...I never ever use it....but I did this one time...I've been drinking a TON of water with diuretics...I also bought the 48 hour hollywood miracle diet. Will that work?? Please help!!!
