Euro based Aus and NZ rugby players?

Who else reckons its high time Australia and New Zealand recognise the fact that rugby is heading the same way as football and should start picking overseas players, allowing for the two teams to field the strongest possible lineups everytime. Getting Gasnier, Vickerman and Elsom next year and Latham back for the Wallabies and McAlistair, Hayman, Jack and Collins for the Allblacks would make for a far better spectacle. Same thing should happen in the Australian league team.
