What do you think of stereotypes regarding people who date outside their "race"?

For example, a white woman dating black man being accused of doing so because of the size of his privates, a white man dating an Asian woman accused of wanting someone "submissive", a black man dating a Latina being accused of wanting someone "hot blooded", and so forth... How much legitimacy do you think these umptions have and what do you think motivates them?
