Are jobs ok in Miami Florida?

Me and my parents are planning to move to Florida(Miami). And we know that it would be better for us to go visiting before going to stay for ever, but it took us alot of work to unite an amount of money to move there and we cant waist it in going to visit . So thats why im asking, how are jobs in miami? I mean the dishwashing jobs and housekeeping. Is it too hard to find a job? Also, we have $2400 to move there. Is that enough? We are planning to move the 16th of this month. Please help!!
