How easy are the mild trails at the badlands?

I have a Jeep Wrangler which is almost all stock, just 2" shackle lift and 31's. And its a 4-banger. I live in flat northern indiana with no major places to offroad, so I've never been before. I know the Badlands down in Attica is only a few hours away and its tempting to get a trip put together to go there. I know my rig can't handle a lot of the stuff there, so I just want to know if there is enough mild-leveled trails to be worth going for my Jeep. Is my manual 4-banger capable for enough of the trails there?
