I need help writing a real? ?

I went to a christmas party our squadron when I was suppose to be on quarters. I had just got my wisdom teeth pulled about 8 or 9 hours before. I got in trouble for violating Article 92 failure to obey a direct order. I was also drugged up from earlier that day. It also said i failed to up to my core value of integrity first. I don't understand how you are expected to follow orders and be held responsible for what you do or say when drugged up. Can someone give me ideas on how to fight this?
