R6 wont start when kick stand is down neutral light is on?

If the problem started when you changed your neutral switch, that is the problem. Some bikes are designed not to run with the stand down, so you can't accidentally ride away with it down. You shouldn't be 'warming up' any engine made in the last 20yrs, as it is detrimental to the engine.
