I have a sc on my back and part of it is swollen?

I sat in a broken chai ( i didnt know it was broken) and it collapsed! i have a 6 in. sc on my back and about 2 in. are swollen. THE 1 LITTLE SWOLLEN PART IS HURTING MY WHOLE BACK! Is this Normal, Do i need to see a dr?
