My house was recently broken into what will the penalty be?

We are in the process of moving to a new town. While we were away over night my neighbors broke into my house and stole MANY random items. Vaccuum, jewlery, photos, highschool diploma, bottles of wine, childrens clothing, push mower, video games etc right down to my garbage bags and food. It was several families in the neighborhood and we also think my landlord was in on it. They were caught by an eye witness and SOME of the property has been recovered. What do you think the penalties will be and will I be able to seek some sort of restitution? We live in the state of Pa. Thanks!
