Question about my soon to be ex....I have not spoken with my soon to be ex for over a month. He is 5 months?

behind on spousal and child support. We signed a consent agreement back in January when we first split. He agreed to the amounts, and a judge signed it. When I emailed him and told him he was in contempt of court, he emailed back telling me he had retained an attorney and is taking me to court to discontinue the spousal support because he signed the agreement without the advice of counsel. Don't you think the judge will be a little miffed at a 43 year old who signed a consent and now is claiming he was bamboozled by me and my attorney into signing this consent agreement? We have a five year old who he never calls, but he has the audacity to email me on Mother's day to let me know that even though we were going through this horrible situation he thinks I'm a great mom. Is he sick or what? Should I be worried? Sorry... just venting!!!
