What else can I do for this lady?

A few details: There's a woman I heard about on the news who is about to lose her home if she can't come up with $3,000 in legal fees from her HOA foreclosing on her home for nonpayment of HOA fees. Her husband ped away in his sleep and she has spent a long time living off the meager savings she has left. She has been laid off from her most recent job(s), but she did manage to purchase her home outright with the insurance money. But now, because she hadn't paid the HOA fee, they have foreclosed on her home. I find this to be a disgusting way for one neighbor to treat another but that's a topic for another time. I have started an online campaign to raise funds (and awareness), and have contacted her local church to see if they can help. Anyone else have any ideas? Are there any government programs that may be of istance to her?? Thanks in advance.
