The problem isn't only Warsaw. After twisting her ankle, she did not take any time off and played in Stuttgart less than a week-and-a-half after the injury. And even after the repeated first-round exits for the next few tournaments, she still hasn't considered taking time off. It's obvious that this injury hasn't healed. What I want to know is who is making the decision to keep playing - her or her dad? Money and ranking points aren't worth damaging one's physical health, potentially for the long-term. And playing in Warsaw just before Roland Garros makes no sense if you're not 100% - even if it is your home tournament.
