I think I ate bad chicken! The juices smelled horrible but when you rinsed it off...?

the chicken smelled fine once rinsed of the juices in the container. the juices were from chicken that had gone bad before. yes its unsanitary, i know its gross and unsafe. regardless, the chicken was cooked thoroughly, what are the chances of me getting horribly sick? i ate it at 8 and it is now 11. i have very mild diarrhea/nausea which could be unrelated or due to nerves? i hope
